Before I could see him Booker warned me: "Look here, Ion,here in NYC even Joe Henderson calls him "Uncle Dexter..." He was just like Dale Turner in the movie... During the intermission the drummer Jan Carlsson started to sing the brand new Beatles tune "All My Loving" Close Your Eyes and I Kiss You, Tomorrow I Miss You...... and right there he was interrupted by the young and cocky local hip?? arranger. Turning to Dexter he asked what Dexter thought of The Beatles. Dex: They Swings!! The Besserwisser:I think it's s*. Dex: Oh Yezz, It's very Good s* indeed !!
